Location is good. close to several shopping centers. Overall in a good neighberhood of Olbia. Apartment block is clean. The apartment itself is very spacious. Car parking is easy and handy if you have a rented car to be on safe side as opposite of parking on street. We used the cloths washing machine. Good AC system in each room.

The kitchen could have a microwave. The carpets in living room needs changed. The bedding is old and for the amount paid. Hosts could aford better.

Terasa nije funkcionalna, tokom dana greje sunce i ne moze se sedeti na terasi, takodje imali smo mali problem sa jednom klimom

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist praktisch: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, und das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber versorgt die Gäste mit allen wichtigen Informationen und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
