Det vi saknade var krokar att hänga kläder, handdukar mm på, men annars kan vi inte klaga på någonting👍

Centrally located apartment, equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances.

This could be a good place for a few days' stay, but it isn't. 1. When booking my stay, I knew it was centrally located, but the noise level was unbearable until late at night (1 a.m.). 2. The usable area is much smaller than advertised due to the sloping ceilings in the bedroom. 3. The owner doesn't provide towel replacements, claiming this isn't a hotel. New towels are only provided upon our express request. 4. The Wi-Fi is very weak and hasn't worked for several days because I had to work and purchased an Italian SIM card. Fortunately, the owner provides a mobile modem. 5. The water pressure in the shower is very low in the evenings. 6. The owner doesn't provide any cleaning services. There's only a broom and a mop, but no cleaning products. For the entire 10-day stay, the owner leaves 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and provides another two upon our express request. 7. Trash left in the common hallway by other tenants stinks for several days. 8. The owner charges 20 euros for an extra sheet (which is fine and I knew about it), but he keeps asking for it in every correspondence, and it's pathetic. In summary: the location, while on one hand an advantage, is on the other a nightmare. The owner should change his attitude and habits. We've rented many similar apartments around the world, but we've never encountered such an approach. Not even in Italy... ---------------------------------------------------- The owner answer below only confirms my opinion, I see the owner has not understood anything what could help to improve his service. Again, pathetic attitude.
