Olbia Centro - Cala Sabina

Entri e ti senti subito a casa, struttura davvero accogliente, arredata con cura e con una splendida terrazza esposta per ore al sole. Bella cucina e ben attrezzata. Adorabile la finestrella sul tetto da cui si possono vedere le stelle stesi sul letto. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro. È possibile parcheggiare al porto, 5 minuti a piedi.

Fare attenzione agli ZTL in zona.

Communication with the service organization was easy. Lovely teracce and kichenette area.

The rules with the carbage are odd. They do also give wrong kind of information what to do with different elements of carbage. Handrail in the stairs was only a rope. It's not working well. Lights in the stairs have TOO short timing.

The location was perfect, very central. Self check in and check out was easy. It was nice to have the patio for an outdoor space and to hang our beach towels.

The communication regarding this property was horrible/non-existent. The WhatsApp number connects to a digital assistant who can answer some questions, but for any question specific to our stay we were told we would be connected to someone else, and we never received any information or responses related to our queries, despite checking back multiple times. The door to the back patio (which is connected to the neighboring property) didn’t have a key and we were unable to lock it, so the property was accessible from the outside our entire stay and we did not feel secure. The bedroom had two side tables with lamps, but there was nowhere to plug in the lamps, and the lamps didn’t have any lightbulbs. This made the stay uncomfortable as the bedroom has very low ceilings with thick wooden beams that are easy to hit your head on. The property had air conditioning, which was great, but would have benefited from a fan to help direct the cold air into the bedrooms, which stayed quite hot even with the AC on. The dishes provided at the apartment were dirty and the water kettle was broken. We also were told in our check in information that we needed to properly dispose of our waste and recycling or could be subject to a €200 fine and the follow instructions at the property, but there were no instructions available there or via the contact person.
