Easy parking, clean + comfortable enough for 2; near pub; location allowed us to do day trips to Skye, Glenshiel, Torridon
Eating options apart from pub not walkable (and we do climb munros) Note that you need to book the pub restaurant in advance as they didn't have capacity for walk-ins
Only 2 serviceable bathrooms when we paid for 3 - 3rd shower unusable because half way through replacement and we should have been told if previous guests had broken it and they hadn't had time to complete replacement
Expected a week's coffee and dishwash sponges at this price point
Some DIY needed - broken bulbs, batteries in clocks, fix bathroom mirrors, put a basket for shower gel in the shower
Not enough kitchen cupboards to store our food
Beds not very comfortable

Aluminium pans provided didn’t work on hob. Not enough soft seating for the 6 of us.
