My family of 5 along with 5 additional friends rented the Blue Daze for a week. The condo was nice. The check in and check out process was efficient and the bikes and golf card that came with it were very convenient. The stay was very enjoyable.

The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of pans, utensils, and small appliances. Spices were available but bring salt and pepper. We had a few hiccups but Panhandle Getaways were extremely accommodating and quick to fix the problem. Very nice area and with the pool so close, it was a big hit for the grandchildren. Will definitely be back next year but in a different house since this one is already booked for next year.

Very clean and great area! Part of the beach is closed off to certain condos/townhomes so we had to walk further on the beach than we anticipated to find a spot to sit on the beach. Other than that, it was great place. The house was really nice and exceeded our expectations. We hope to stay there again in the future!

We loved the layout of the house and the enclave of bunkbeds. The master upstairs and master downstairs are both laid out well. There is no way that we would recommend anyone walking to the beach from this location. However, there is a golf cart available. The golf cart drives rough but it gets you from A to B. There is parking at the front of the community for golf carts, and then you can walk to the beach. We liked a pool was super close and spent some time there.
What we didn't care for: We prefer renting from people over businesses. We thought we were renting from homeowners, but the management company was Panhandle. There isn't anything wrong with it and I can understand why people defer to a management company, but we prefer homeowners. The dishwasher was broken. Panhandle told us the day before and said that a repairman might come by, but didn't. The Ice Machine was broken as well. I called Panhandle, but no one ever got back to me. The front lock to the sliding doors didn't lock, so I looped a metal chair around the handle and I slept on the couch. A few dirty dishes in the cabinet.
These discrepancies are probably isolated and unknown to the homeowner. It's a great house centrally located between Seacrest beach and the Hub. I would probably stay here again if the issues mentioned are fixed.
