Un sejur cu adevărat relaxant

The stay at Lavender and Sea was wonderful. The view from the terrace on the 1st floor is unbeatable. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need, from pots, pans, cutlery, to towels and shower gels. The beach is in front of the yard, a little narrow, but wild and secluded. If you are looking for a very quiet place, this is it! We loved it and we will definitely come back!

Very nice relaxing place

Great view, perfect house and yard. Exceptional service, there was even an option to use a canoe. The beach is in front, its a bit rocky but overall great. Clean house, well equipped even with iron and hairdryer.

The shower head had no stand, so you have to hold it. It was too hot in the bedrooms so we had to open the doors, which is not ideal. I would recommend improving the coffee machine, but that's just a preference

Good for families.

We stayed in the first floor. Very nice flat for small families. It has al the amenities which may be needed. It has very nice large balconies and next to the sea. But if you need a larger space, prefer the ground floor.

If you need a base to discover various beaches and towns in Kassandra, this could be a remote location and the road network and quality around the house is not that good.

If we ever will visit again Halkidiki, we will consider staying in the same place. We really liked it!

The view is amazing! In front of the house is the sea and the sunset looks wonderful. The house has modern furniture and it is equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean. The owner has helful everytime we needed something. For the evenings you can stay at the small beach in front of the house. (the one in the photo)

You always need a car to get to the restaurants or the more populated beaches. However, taking into account its location, it is understandable. It was not necessarily an inconvenience for us because we like to visit several restaurants and beaches in Greece, but I consider it important to mention this.

Amazing vacation house right next to the beach

Amazing place for vacation. It is very clean. Well equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. Very pleasant design of the rooms but we spent almost all the time in the large yard which is right next to the sea so you can go for a swim whenever you want.

Be prepared that the beach in front of the house is really small. We liked it a lot but if you prefer larger beaches with bars and attractions, you should drive to the north part of Nea Potidia (it is 10 minutes drive max).

Very comfortable house, with modern furniture, well equipped kitchen with all you need, perfect garden barbecue.. every morning you wake up with sea view and cup of coffee, wild beaches around you.. Thanks for your canoe and sharing with us..perfect for our drone pictures.. and very beautiful sunset every evening... 10/10... Thanks again..See you next year.

Very nice place, very quiet, very clean. The sunsets are gorgeous and the view of the sea every morning. I recommend for everyone who wants to relax and have a good time. You have everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom, the bedrooms are nice and the living room it s spacious.

Nice and quite lovely place

Everything was just perfect. The house is located practically on the beach and access to the beach is very easy. We appreciated the peacefulness of the place and it's surroundings. We enjoyed the clear sea water for swimming and for kayaking ( it was our firs time we used a kayak, which was free to use at the property ).

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und super ausgestattet und liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer. Wirklich wunderbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation ist schnell und freundlich. Man hat sich auch bemüht Extrawünsche zu erfüllen.

Keine Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Schöne Oase zum Entspannen

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer, hat eine schöne Terrasse und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sie liegt etwas abseits und ist sehr ruhig. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto, aber das wussten wir. Für ein paar Tage in Ruhe ausspannen, ist die Wohnung perfekt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit!

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt, einzig das Bad hat etwas muffig gerochen und der Weg zur Unterkunft war nicht ganz so schön (schlechte Strassen und ab und an Müllberge, aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür).

Ein Juwel direkt am Meer

Welch Juwel. Das Häuschen steht direkt am Meer. perfekt eingezäunt. 4 Liegen im Garten. Die Ausstattung 1A, alles da was man benötigt, sogar Gewürze und Kaffeefilter, auch ein 6 Pack Wasser. Die Aufteilung für 8 Personen top, 2 Schlafzimmer unten, 2 oben, jweils mit einem Badezimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles da. Der Strand vor dem Haus, fein. Man benötigt zwingend ein Auto um von A nach B zu kommen. Perfekte Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Gastgeber, sonst wirds abenteuerlich. Die Strassenverhältnisse sind nicht die besten, aber das tut dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Fazit, ein Haus welches top organisiert ist, eine sehr nette Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthalts. Ruhige Gegend, Meer vor der Nase, was will man mehr. 5 Sterne

Superb!

Totul la superlativ! Mi-a depasit asteptarile in toate privintele. Daca va doriti un sejur linistit la malul marii, aceasta e locatia pe care o cautati. As reveni oricand in aceasta casa.

Nu exista ceva care sa nu-mi fi placut aici. Calatorim de 3-4 ori pe an in Grecia insa aceasta casa ne-a placut cel mai mult dintre toate in care am stat.
