Sweet host and a great apartment

We were given a very nice, spacious apartment with a great sea view. The original apartment that we ordered was similar, but since there were no other guests at the moment, our host upgraded us for free to an apartment at the upper floor, which had a great sea view to the western side of the island. The apartment itself had two connected rooms with one king-size bed and two separate beds. It is perfectly suitable for a family of four. The rooms were new and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a small kitchenette with everything needed. The bathroom was also spacious and warm. It had a shower cabin, so there is no mopping needed if you would like to use the WC after taking a shower. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom. We visited Nea Potidea in the beginning of March, and we were concerned if the premises will be well heated. It turned out that the house is pretty well insulated. With a single air conditioner and an additional heater, the temperature was very comfortable. Most likely, it will be easy to also keep it cool in the summer because of the efficient insulation. The apartment has a dedicated parking spot. In general, you will get the best of the surrounding area if you are with a car. Our host took the time to give us ideas about places to visit and restaurants to eat. It was our second time in Nea Potidea and we believed that we know the area, but his tips were really valuable. Overall, we are fully satisfied with provided accommodation and can only recommend it.

Superb

The host was incredibly kind and accomodating. The house was spotlessly clean and we had access to the huge garden with seating and pomegranate trees. The location between the two beach fronts and 3 mins walk from the village center was perfect to reach everything quickly but also enjoy the silence.

The house was better than we had expected and l’d recommend It any time.

Un séjour agréable et sympathique

La maison est divisé en plusieurs petits appartements. Toutefois nous étions en RDC , et les photos mises sous booking ne représentent pas tout à fait les photos de l’appartement que nous avons eu (notamment la vue, la balançoire, la section avec les chambres etc). Quoi qu’il en soit , l’appartement est très bien situé et l’hôte est réellement une personne charmante et agréable. Il nous a très bien accueilli et nous a mis à l’aise , avec beaucoup de détails pour les visites etc. Je recommande très fortement cet endroit
