The property and the facilities didn't dissapoint and everything was extraordinary.

The location couldn't have been better, the accomodation facilities were exceptional and very clean with all the necessary amenities and to top it off with a very hospitable and helpful host. All in all a tremendous experience and based on it I wholeheartidly recommend the apartments for everyone looking to visit this cozy and quaint seaside resort.

An exceptionally good place to relax.

They were able to check us in right when we got there, two hours earlier than planned. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The place is in a really quiet and peaceful spot. There are several beaches nearby, both within walking distance and by car (10-15 minutes). There are also restaurants within walking distance. The place is clean and pleasant. It is suitable for families with children.

A modern and fully equipped studio near the sea

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was brand new and modern, with the studio fully equipped and every space smartly designed and used to the fullest. It was very clean, with fresh linens, a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and even a fan for extra comfort. One feature we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement: besides the double bed, there was also a pull-out single bed hidden underneath, which was perfect for our 5-year-old. This way, each of us slept very comfortably. Above the bed there was also a blue ambient light that created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere at night. The studio also had a nice balcony with a remote-controlled awning, which made it more comfortable to stay outside. The kitchenette was well equipped with dishes and utensils, making it easy to cook meals if needed. Our host, Apostol, was extremely kind and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations for beautiful beaches to visit and always made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. The location is also excellent – only a 2–3 minute walk to the sea, and about 10 minutes on foot to the first organized beach with sunbeds. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!

The building is new and everything inside as well so it looks very neat. Comfortable bed and we had both airco and ventilation so you could chose based on your preference. Room makeup done daily with fresh sheets and towels. There was also a small kitchen you could use and some appliances. The owners and property managers were really nice and welcoming! They helped us rent a car and offered us a bottle of wine upon check-out and came to thank us for or stay in person.

The fridge was not cooling properly and ice was gathering inside keeping humidity, the toilet and shower drainage was bad. When showering the water would raise to your ankle and you had to flush and brush the toilet many times after use until properly clean. There is no window to the bathroom and the ventilation is not great so there was a lot of steam and because was really hot outside as well was not very comfortable.

A small family run complex, 4 studio rooms and 2 apartments. The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure every little thing is perfect. A new property, planned to perfection. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach. The beach is not organized so you can use it as a private beach, quiet and relaxing.

Nice experience

Marthina Luxury Living is quite new object, so the furniture and equipment are new too. The "smell of new" was all around the room. Every room has number, but also a name (Erato was the name of our). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, quiet location and good for sleeping. There is a big number of TV and radio channels, both satellite and domestic, a total of more than 500. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi. There is protection net for mosquitoes at balcony door and windows. Every third day we had room-cleaning and change of the towels and bed's laundry. The owner Apostolakis was very friendly and helpful. The location is just two minutes from nearest beach, while the city beach is some 10 minutes away walking distance.

Super für Famielen in der ruhigen Gegend und dich alles vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und neuwertig, von außen so wie innen sehr gut gepflegt. Zentrale Lage, die nächsten Strände, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte in 300 bis 500 Meter erreichbar. Jeden 3 dritten Tag wurde die Unterkunft gründlich saubergemacht und alle Tücher wurden gewechselt. Das Personal und auch Apostolo der Inhaber war sehr sehr nett und freundlich, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mehrmals während unser Aufenthalt gefragt ob alles passt und wir was bräuchten. Die Unterkunft Empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft, alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Uns wurde kostenlos ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Ruhige Lage und ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten so an die schönen Strände fahren.
