Location was great, apartment was large and comfy, ocean views were excellent.
The managers sent a number of emails with lots of "don't do this and don't do that", which was a little off-putting. Wasn't very welcoming.

The sea view is stunning and truly unforgettable. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for four people.
There are also a few areas that could be improved:
The floor-to-ceiling windows are very clean, and guests might accidentally walk into the glass and get hurt. It might be helpful to place a few small stickers on the glass.
It would be nice to provide some coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar... as these are commonly offered in most accommodations.
The apartment is a little remote and there are not many restaurant options nearby, so it’s a good idea for guests to bring some food with them.

Stayed here for shorter travel to visit Cape Reinga.
Easy to get too and only a short drive to Kaitaia for supplies.
Would stay here again
