An 86 m² self-contained unit, located in the heart of the Domaine d’Arca in Building E. Ultra-luxurious, modern, newly built, with designer furnishings and exceptional comfort, air-conditioned in every room, featuring a large 22 m² terrace and a balcony off the bedroom—you’ll love its south-facing location. Strictly non-smoking; pets not allowed.
This low-rise, 3-story building has a maximum of 12 apartments (the top one being the penthouse); its architecture blends into the maquis landscape, with multiple sloping roofs and levels giving it the appearance of a large house.
Services included in the price (check-in and key handoff, regular housekeeping, linens changed based on the number of days booked, etc.) Additional paid options (daily breakfast, extra daily cleaning hours or daily linens changes, other services: personal trainer, private chef, grocery and ironing services, beach towels...). A local tax of 3.3 euros per adult per night is payable upon arrival. Photos, additional information, and the latest availability upon request.
Rentals for fewer than 7 nights are possible, but a minimum of 5 nights is required; arrival and departure dates other than Saturday are also possible, subject to availability and upon contacting us.
