About this apartment rental
Family accommodation for 4 people close to all sites and amenities (City center and the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica such as Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara,...).
Located in a quiet 4-hour estate with caretaker and wooded park (1 large infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols/ 2 tennis courts/ 2 bowling alleys/ 1 pool house with lounges where you will be offered drinks (for a fee)), this large T2 and its sheltered terrace of 14m2 south will offer you all comforts.
Equipped kitchen+++coffee maker, kettle, etc.../spacious and very bright bathroom/bedroom with large dressing room (comfort bed 160). A 140 sofa bed and a large table.
Large cupboard in the bathroom with washing machine and shelves.
Outside, 2 sun loungers/lounge/tables/parasol... and tennis and petanque supplies...

The apartment is smoking only on the terrace with an ashtray at your disposal.
The apartment is equipped with a water heater with the latest thermodynamic technologies with hot and cold water (basin mixer tap and shower with shower basket)

Linen and cleaning are included in the price of a minimum stay of 7 nights. For nights lower in number of days (i.e. 4 nights minimum) an additional €150 will be requested for these 2 services. Thank you for your understanding.
A deposit by cheque of 800€ will be requested upon your arrival and returned on your departure at the end of the inventory of fixtures.

- 3 minutes from the city center of Porto Vecchio and its port (a shuttle to Citadina is also available every 30 minutes 500 m from the residence at the Arca roundabout),
A small train can take you to the heights of old Porto Vecchio to discover all its shops, its market of local products (Wednesday and Sunday morning) as well as its incredible church.
- 7 minutes from the most beautiful beaches (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, Rondinara and others...),
- 20 minutes from Figari airport,
- 25 minutes from Bonifacio and its wonderful citadel,
- 30 minutes from the Ospedale forest and its lake,
- Close to sites with tanks, rivers and waterfalls,
- 1 hour from ZONZA where the highest HIPPODROME in Europe is located (Atmosphere guaranteed),
- Many hikes in the surrounding area with breathtaking wild coves,
- 1H30 from the Coscione plateau with Horses/Cattle and Wild Pigs. Several hikes of all levels to do around (signposted routes).
