About this apartment rental
This superb F4 apartment of 95 m² located in a high standing residence with a wooded park of 4 hectares. The Domaine also offers you a 470m2 infinity pool beneficial for the entire residence, a parking space, a pool house, 2 tennis courts and a bowling alley. You will be 2 km from the city center and the marina with all its amenities and 5 to 7 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica.
Welcome to Porto-Vecchio. We open the doors of our apartment to you in one of the most beautiful private estates in South Corsica.
Combining contemporary and traditional architecture from the south of the Isle of Beauty, the Domaine d'Arca blends in with the nature that surrounds it.
We are committed to offering you the best to make your Corsican holidays unforgettable. The living rooms of our apartment are south-facing with an unobstructed view of the garden in order to take full advantage of the luminosity of southern Corsica.
With a capacity of 6 people, the apartment is distributed as follows:
- The entrance hall opens directly onto the large living room composed of a living/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. (Oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine)
- Guest toilet.
- Bedroom 1: large bedroom with Queen size bed (160 * 200), shower room
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds (90*200).
- Bedroom 3: Bedroom with Queen Size bed, (160 * 200).
- Shower room with WC for these last two bedrooms
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with WIFI.
OUTSIDE
The terrace of the apartment is furnished with outdoor garden table, deck chair and electric plancha overlooking the 50 m2 garden.
The residence gives tenants the opportunity to use the swimming pool, the tennis courts as well as the pool house and the bowling alley.
Outdoor sun loungers and showers are also available by the communal pool.
Possibility to park two cars in the residence. The estate is secure with gate and digicode.
Sheets, dish towels, towels provided / one large and one small per person (pool towels not provided)
Free provision of a cot for baby, a high chair on request.
- Reception + concierge during the entire stay (one person's phone
will be available for any information or service requests)
- End-of-stay cleaning included
- Intermediate cleaning can be done at the request of the client and charged extra.
