An 86-square-meter independent apartment, located in the heart of the Domaine d’Arca in Building H—ultra-luxurious, modern, newly built, with designer furnishings and exceptional comfort. Air-conditioned throughout, featuring a large terrace and a balcony off the bedroom, it will charm you with its south-facing location. Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.
This low-rise, 3-story building has a maximum of 12 apartments (the top one being the penthouse); its architecture blends into the maquis landscape, with multiple sloping roofs and levels giving it the appearance of a large house.
Services included in the price (check-in and key handoff, regular housekeeping, linen changes based on the number of days booked, etc.) Additional paid options (daily breakfast, extra daily cleaning hours or daily linen changes, other services: personal trainer, private chef, grocery and ironing services, beach towels…). A local tax of 3.3 euros per adult per night is payable upon arrival. Photos, additional information, and current availability upon request.
Stays of fewer than 7 nights are possible (minimum 5 nights), as well as check-in and check-out dates other than Saturday, subject to availability and upon prior contact with us.

Modern, spacious apartment with a big terrace situated in a tranquil area. Well equipped, comfortable, and sleek. It's got everything you need. Although the estate is pretty big, it's incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool is immaculate and big. We didn't try the tennis courts as it was either too hot or they were busy. I wish they were open until 10 pm in the summer. Overall, we were super satisfied. The only issue could be the communication for guests who aren't French. Our first agent didn't speak English and was pushing us to come from the airport ASAP, even though we hadn't changed anything that had been agreed before arrival and our plane landed 20 minutes earlier. It's not needed at the start of the holiday.
