The assistance was pretty good, they were super kind. The downtown is 25 minutes far with public transport. The bedrooms are well-equipped and the air conditioning worked well too.

The apartment is big and comfortable, especially for a large group. It is well located near a metro station and lots of buses.
Getting the keys was very inconvenient because they had to be picked up at a different location. We also had a hard time getting internet access to work.

Very clean and all the furnishings etc, that are needed for a self-catering short stay.

Limited parking on the road (to be expected in a large city).
