9 Copes Gardens is an impressive 18th century, detached property on a private lane in Truro, Cornwall. The property has five bedrooms; a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a double, a ground-floor twin, a further twin and a single. The property also consists of a kitchen, dining room with TV and open fire, sitting room with open fire, a ground floor shower room and a family bathroom with bath and hand held shower. Outside there is parking on the driveway for two cars and a spacious garden with a lawn, patio area with furniture and a barbecue. 9 Copes Gardens is a peaceful property, well-placed for discovering both Cornwall coastlines, as well as the stunning countryside of Truro and the surrounding area.

A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
