Все было супер🙏🏽🙏🏽 отличная парковка, отношение и расположение. Хозяин квартиры помог разобраться с доставкой еды и даже дал свой номер телефона. Я забыла телефон в апартаментах и хозяин мне вернул, огромное спасибо 🙏🏽 Буду рекомендовать всем знакомым.

I liked that the property was flexible and there were no issues during my stay. It felt comfortable and private.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the water system. The hot water was not working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. I would recommend fixing this problem as soon as possible.

The staff were excellent, responded quickly to my requests, room was great for our needs

Hotel is surrounded by hills, but hotel can’t change that!

They gave us a free cancelation.

The property initiated a free cancelation 10 days before we were to arrive. I sent messages to ask why, but they didn't respond anything. When we arrived, we waited for half an hour and eventually another person, not the owner arrived and told us to that the owner had initiated the free cancelation since he had sold out one of the rooms we had already booked. They offered us to stay in only one of the rooms and add another bed. We disagreed and settled on a free discount. Also the "free private parking" is a blatant lie, you park wherever you find on the street in front. I'm leaving neutral on all review criteria since we did not get to stay at the property, but the lack of communication is something to be wary of.
