Location: close to bus at Pangalti and the Osmanbey metro station, on a side street so pretty quiet Staff: Guy at the frontdesk was extremely nice and offered me much advice on travel Room: all facilities you need. Very comfy armchair.
The shower knob wasnt working well. Everything else is fine

We had a great stay and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water replenished daily and the slippers provided in the room. The breakfast was very good, and it was a lovely touch to have free tea and cake available throughout the day for a pleasant break.
The only minor downsides were that our room was a bit dark due to its location, and the carpet could use some updating.
