I stayed here for 1 evening and the staff, the room, the location is all top notch. the location is very central with lots of bars and restaurants at the top of the hill and amoungst the hustle of Istanbul. great value

Otel ve personeli cok samimi ve sicakkanliydi, ozellikli Cevahir beyin cok yardimi dokundu gercekten cok iyi calisanlar vardi, sagolsunlar hepsi her konuda yardim ettiler. Otel temizligini begendik, fakat tuvalette garip kokular vardi, sanirim oradaki perfumlardan dolayi, bi degistirseler aslinda cok guzel olurdu. Onun disinda utuyu hemen bulup 6 kata kadar getirmeleri, temiz havlu ve nevresimler, odanin ferahligi hosumuza gitti. Konumuna gelirsek merkez icin biraz uzak, ama 15-20 dklik mesafede metro vs hepsini bulabildik, taksiler de hizli geliyor. Ozetle QUINNOVADAki 2 gun tatilimizi begendik, eger buralarda yine planlarimiz olursa kesinlikle tekrar kaliriz.

Cons:
-The room was so small that we could not open our normal suitcase. It was impossible to walk in the room. If you're cluster phobic, do not come here. The room was basically the size of the bed with no extra space.
-There was no safebox and they didn't provide us with one.
-The location is in the middle of a cramped street that is full of car repair shops. that means you will be enjoying the scent of oil and gas whenever you step out or open the window.
Pros:
-reception and the manager were very kind and accommodating.
-the room was definitely clean.
-It's close enough to Taksim.
