Wonderful

Impeccably clean rooms and delicious breakfast brought straight to your room! Staff were fantastic and kind. It was very homey and we would definitely recommend!

The experience left a lasting impression

I stayed there for just one night, but the experience left a lasting impression. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to help me find a great place for dinner. There are several excellent dining options conveniently located nearby. The facility is also ideally situated close to both the hospital and the main railway station, making it perfect for travelers. I rated my stay highly for two primary reasons: the room was impeccably clean, and I was delighted to enjoy a delicious, traditional Italian breakfast served right in my room. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation.

Very clean and practical room. Everything well kept and maintained. The host is very nice and friendly. You feel that she loves her B&B. I would give 10 points for the house and room. There was even a balcony to eat breakfast on.

However the surrounding area is your typical Italian suburb. Mostly made for cars, almost no walkway for pedestrians. It's more of an industrial zone with some residential areas. Fortunately there is a nearby bus stop with a line (D) that takes you to the center of Perugia. Also, note that air-conditioning costs an extra fee of 8€ per day.

Posto molto curato, proprietaria super gentile e disponibile. Il punteggio da smartphone è uscito sbagliato, diamo sicuramente 8.

Come coppia in viaggio di lavoro abbiamo sofferto la mancanza di uno spazio comune, come una sala colazione, dove poterci appoggiare con i computer. Il tavolino in camera era molto piccolo e con il vassoio della colazione, servita in camera, abbiamo dovuto sistemare i pc sul letto. Gli spazi, in generali, sono piccoli e la stanza con terrazza ha in realtà la terrazza condivisa con la stanza accanto. Funziona bene per dormire, in vacanza, meno per chi ha necessità di trascorrere tempo al pc. Diamo comunque una valutazione alta perché è tenuto veramente bene.

Se disponibilizarem travesseiros macios, a hospedagem se torna perfeita.

Verusca, a proprietária foi muito eficiente na recepção, e nos deu excelentes dicas sobre lavanderia nas proximidades e, principalmente, restaurantes (Trattoria L'Attaccabrighe).

Todos os 4 travesseiros colocados à nossa disposição eram horrorosos. Eu tive que dormir com a almofadinha de viagem aérea (de pescoço), e a minha mulher dormiu sem travesseiros.

Ottima soluzione poco fuori dal centro di Perugia se si vuole visitare anche le zone limitrofe, la camera era pulitissima e la colazione ti viene portata in camera, una vera coccola!

B&B molto pulito e confortevole; è a circa un quarto d'ora di auto dal centro storico di Perugia in una zona molto tranquilla. L'accoglienza è stata ottima così come la colazione: consigliato per chi non vuole stare in pieno centro e risparmiare un poco. Ci tornerò!

struttura gradevolissima. posizione silenziosa, camere nuove con bagno ampio e comodissimo, tutto pulito e perfettamente funzionante. ottima colazione portata in camera. parcheggio con facilità.
