Lakeside: Argosy 3bed house 2bath parking M27 J5 Southampton Airport sleeps 6

Great location from the Southampton Parkway (Airport) station. Approx 15 minute walk just along the road. 2 minutes in a taxi. Making it very easy to travel by train also - regular trains running. Great for shopping and concerts etc. Quiet location. Lovely garden area. I loved the colorful decor. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Ideal set up for 5 people, with one double bedroom, one twin and one single. I was wary about making the booking due to a last minute cancellation from a completely different host, but ‘Away On Business’ were really helpful over the phone. Also very good at providing information and communicating through Booking.com messages.

£150 deposit is held for any breakages which is still pending in my account, so there’s a wait for this to be ‘freed up’ after you have checked out. This is standard procedure for many properties, but I do wish the process was quicker to not hold this. The main bins could do with being numbered for the property as we were unsure if they were the correct ones (one was left at the back of the property). Nothing major and I would highly recommend the property.

Apartment was very well furnished ,clean and in a great location with a good selection of local pubs and restaurants.
