Welcome to Andreas Place, a comfortable, family-friendly beach retreat offering 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, a community pool just steps from the back door, and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $225.
• No pee pads permitted.

A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
This is a 3-story townhome and does not have an elevator.
Guests traveling with dogs are responsible for following all local beach and leash regulations.
The outdoor pool is managed by the community HOA, which determines its opening and closing dates. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

The house itself was comfortable and easy access to the beach. Parking was quite difficult, especially if you’ve never experienced the area.

This property was close to the beach and close to the complex pool, both important features to our group. Our group cooked a lot and we felt the kitchen could have been better equipped such as with more than one large fry pan, scissors, bowls. My husband really missed having a chair in the master (king) bedroom. Also one of the sinks in the master bath did not drain and we couldn't use it. Overall the unit met our needs for a week.

Was very convenient to beach and A/C ran exceptionally well for heat wave. Had bikes and chairs available. Some outdoor chairs were tattered and unusable. Living room had 2 uncomfortable chairs that were from Dr Seuss book in design. Kitchen was fairly stocked with just a few things missing.. tongs, large stock pot.
Was a bit of a safety hazard with high risers on some stairs. Had lots of outdoor decks. Property manager very attentive.
