This was a great location! Easy walk and access to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and activities. Doug, the host, was very easy to communicate with, accommodating, and he responded very quickly to my questions. The house setup was nice and spacious. I'd rent from him again.

Pros-location, lots of hot water, lots of space
Cons- very hard guest room beds,no alarm clocks, needs better selection of glasses and a better frying pan, kitchen ceiling light full of dead bugs, exhaust fan in 3rd floor bath doesn’t work,3rd floor bedroom closet clothes rack is broken, and frig could be replaced.
