The Cozy Studio, Varna City Centre

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war problemlos und sehr nett.

Das Apartment hatte die Fenster zum Innenhof und zu einem weiteren Gang. Ohne Vorhänge kann man in das Apartment hineinsehen. Die Kissen waren mir persönlich zu hart.

Просторно и уютно студио в самия център на Варна. Беше чисто и имаше всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Домакинът беше отзивчив и настаняването-безпроблемно. Намерихме лесно място за паркиране (синя зона).

Приземен етаж-от време на време минават хора и държахме завесите предимно спуснати. Липсва голямо огледало.

Clean, cozy and in a great location!

Location is great. Walking distance to anywhere in the central part of the city. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and attentive. The A/C worked great and the apartment was clean and maintained. The building is also peaceful and quiet.

The apartment is smaller than expected. The listing shows 38 sqm but I think it's somewhere closer to 30 sqm. I used to live in a 25sqm apartment and it didn't feel much bigger than that. Ironically hangers are provided but there's no place to properly hang clothes. There's no way to make coffee either; not even a french press or mocha pot. These are 2 easy and cheap fixes that I hope get noticed. Even a drop-down hanger attached to the wall or door would solve the issue and wouldn't take up space. As others have mentioned, it's on the ground floor next to a kind of small courtyard, so you will have people walking past your window as they enter the building. Fortunately they're quiet and no one pays any attention to your space, but I did find myself keeping the curtains closed more often than normal. This wasn't that big of a deal because there's no view and not much natural lighting since it sits in a courtyard.
