Good location.
Very noisy apartment, reconstruction downstairs and noise from the street. Not clean, hair in the shower, dust on the shelfs. Dirty shelfs in the bathroom and dirt from the toothpaste on the wall. Old coffee in the machine and no extra coffee at least for the first morning. Fridge also dirty

Расположение, рядом есть магазины до 23ч и кафе для завтрака. В квартире есть всё необходимое.
Окна можно открыть только в спальне , жалюзи в спальне абсолютно не помогают . Видно что кондиционер грязный это было неприятно, за кроватью много грязи , на всех стенах даже на потолке есть какие-то следы/пятна. Не было мыла в ванной.

Прекрасное расположение. Все рядом . Супермаркет. Постель была чистая.
Не очень чисто, в шкафчиках грязно. Ощущение что не достаточно чистые поверхности. Хотя сам апартамент и мебель хорошие. Не было ничего для мытья посуды, не было шампуня. Пришлось все покупать свое.
