City Apartments La Casa

Location is good, very close to the city center and within 7 min to park, 10 min to the sea. There is a proper shower in the apartment, unlike in many other places. Contactless and very easy check-in. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Mosquito nets. Very good working A/C. There is an elevator as well. Good price.

Apartment is more or less like on photos, but is already quite dated. Bad smell in the apartment, like someone smoked there for years, opening windows wouldn't help. Windows facing quite a busy street, so take earplugs. Also the blinds don't really block any light. A big space in shower door lets the water out. Kettle has a lot of calc already and needs a change. Toilet seat needs fixing. There was something in the fridge when we arrived, so it is questionable how good the place is cleaned every time.

The location

There were ants. The toilet cover was broken. The wine opener was broken. the shower has to be fixed as well.

Really nice apartment with comfortable bed and sofa-bed. It's very well located and quite close to the beach.

Location of the propery is perfect. A minute away from downtown.

Someone has previously smoked in the property (there was that specific cigarette smell inside), even though it was advertised as non-smoking. As it is located on a crossroad, it is quite noisy. The pillows were dirty (not the covers, but the pillow itself) and the bed is about to breakdown any moment. Also the wardrobe door is broken and it cannot be closed. Got the feeling that it would fall any moment. A refurbish is much needed.
