Perfect location and ~Estanislao Giralt Salazar was a perfect host and he made check in and check out smooth and he really made our stay perfect

Only real negatives if I was to be picky is one of the main bathroom taps was damaged and caused a leak, no tea towels for drying up, garden furniture needs replacing as it’s old and broken and bathroom door was broken by the previous occupant and wasn’t able to really use it but Estanislao Giralt Salazar did point this door damage out on time of check in so no problem there really

Location exceptional, Communal areas clean and tidy Good value for money considering where you are... We would go back but were dissapointed lack of pride for tge place

It is a rental apartment in a gated community, you have to wait for the host to respond to what app messages as security staff denie any apartments for rent and are not helpful. Parking €25 away if ypu are lucky to get a space....just near the Rosa cafe is green on road parking €3 a day. Do not give cash deposit until you see your room...we didn't get asked for one but sent details to the host. Booked 3 bedroom ended up with 2 bedroom one guest slept on the sofa Broken shower Broken toilet No hot water after 8pm Toilet rail hanging off wall Only 1 🪳 cockroach Bedroom 2 no toilet cistern lid Only towels for 2 guest so take your own towels. Living area good... Dining ramdon plates glasses etc Sunbed broke
