Fabulous place great stay

Room 103 was exceptional. Great location, luxury decor. Estanislao was always quick to help and nothing was too much

At first we was in room 108 which was not what I booked but when I raised this we got moved immediately. Swimming pool under construction Jacuzzis advertised are not part of the complex but you can hire them on the beach

Given how much i payed for this apartment there is really nothing I can say that was good. My suggestion for anyone considering renting this apartment is to not do so because it is in very poor condition, requires maintenance, poorly equipped, noisy and overpriced.

This is a one-bed apartment that has been converted into a two-bed apartment. In doing so the main bedroom is separated from the living area with a sliding fully glazed patio door; there is no privacy. The walls in the main bedroom were falling apart and the lining coming away from the main structure. The light in this room did not work correctly and this was due to the lining being loose. The kitchen was ill-equipped: No tin opener. Not enough cups or glasses. The cups and glasses did not match. There was one wine glass. The cutlery was poor quality (really poor quality) and there was insufficient. There was one single "sharp" kitchen knife which was blunt. There was no coffee filter provided. Bathroom was mouldy and not particularly clean. There was no support bracket for the shower head [there may have been a reason for this but it was not provided] therefore it was very difficult to use. No towel rail in bathroom. Toilet paper was supposed to be provided: 1 half roll was provided. Towels provided: but there was no means provided to exchange towels for clean ones during the 10 days. No ventilation in the bathroom. [There is an extractor fan but was not functioning]. The living area did not have sufficient lighting: it was not possible to read after dark. The television did not have Netflix as stated in the advert. The television has two speakers that were not connected to the television. The television was set up in a language [possibly Dutch] that could not be changed. There were cigarette burns on the carpet. There was no means of changing the bedding during the 10 days. There was no welcome pack / information pack provided that might have provided instructions to operate: the television; the air conditioning; arrangements for removal of rubbish; Wifi. The owner did not respond to the questions that we had during our stay.

We had a 2nd floor balcony apartment which was oceanfront. The view was spectacular! The seating on the balcony was comfortable and new. It was a good sized 3-BR apartment with 3 BA and kitchen. (There is a BR that faces the oceanfront so you can wake up to great views!) The TV was a huge flat screen and the seating area had a sectional couch that was very comfortable. Definitely good for 2 couples or 3 individuals. There is a walkable small grocery store (one block away), the beach is right in your back (or front) yard accessed through a private entrance and you are a few minutes walk right in the midst of the Puerto Banus shops and restaurants.

We had a few issues in the apartment that the property manager responded to by sending out maintenance - maintenance fixed the urgent two issues (got the kitchen hot water running and showed us how to use the stove top controls) but never returned (as promised) to fix a smell in the back bathroom toilet and a broken shade to the front bathroom window that overlooked a pedestrian walkway - they could see in at night when lit. There was no on-site parking (though listed in the booking.com listing for $20/day) so we had to find a parking garage parking about 4 blocks away that was reasonable at $30/day. There was neighboring garages at around $50/day which we chose not to use for our 7 night stay.

The location is perfect and it’s lovely apartment.

The beds were uncomfortable but that’s the only downside of the apartment

The management were terrible non responsive and disrespectful. Lack of kitchenware for an apartment, not even a kettle or coffee maker to make a hot drink. Bathroom flooded when having a shower. Lack of towels. Lack of toiletries. Didn’t feel or smell clean. Shutters broken. Lack of information given by host on arrival. Unhelpful and aggressive security. Although people have complained on the reviews, the host does nothing to rectify the problems. Not enough information on how to find the apartment, they could make it simple if they wanted to but there simply don’t care if you are hanging about in the car waiting for them to help. They are getting away with a rental that needs attention and no one is doing anything about it. The apartment you see online is not the apartment you get.
