Duże, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. W sypialini rolety zewnętrzne. Czysto. Blisko morza. W pobliżu centrum handlowe z supermarketem i stacja metra.
Spora kaucja i ograniczone godziny rozlicznia się (pani "ma inną pracę"). Dość mały boiler z ciepłą wodą.
