The location, cleanliness, kitchen and that it had a laundry machine.
Jus FYI- For those with mobility issues, they might have a challenge carrying/climbing up three stories of steps to reach the apartment.

The property was on the third floor, and there was no lift - this was not mentioned on the property listing !!

Great location!!! Friendly host Everything you need in an apartment was provided Extra pillow for bed is greatly appreciated!!
Murphy bed was a little hard, but still acceptable.
