Exceptional

Perfect location for a family seaside break, but also easy access to trains into Edinburgh Central. Loads to do on the site and directly opposite the beach. Caravan was clean, comfortable and had all the "mod cons" inside. Thanks very much

Superb

The caravan was the perfect size for my wife, myself and our 2 kids. The added bonus of the PS3 was great as my daughter played it for a bit. All rooms were clean and modern. Great facilities and great communication with our hosts, really appreciated the service.

The WiFi signal was poor. But we understand this is the general experience throughout the Seton Sands site. I wouldn't put me off from staying again. The fluctuations in price for caravans on the Seton Sands site vary considerably on both time of the week and season despite paying for the same service. This isn't an issue with the host just an observation recently with the Haven site.

Perfect for big dog!!

The caravan was light bright and spacious, the second toilet was a godsend with a group of 7, it was completely pet friendly, our German shepherd loved the space and everything we could have needed the first night was there, (tea,Sugar,shampoo,toilet roll etc) Hosts were prompt with responses and were more than helpful when we left something behind.

The campsite was great but a bit uneven under foot we all fell over at some point with the uneven paths but this was the campsite not the hosts of our caravan who kept the plot well maintained.

Some confussion over accessong pool and cost. Also some confussion on commujicstion between owner of carvan and front of house but all settled quickly. Wluld recommend

Kind hosts, handy for visiting relatives.

Can't praise owners highly enough in responding to my near endless queries about booking and other aspects of accommodation at multiple times of day and night.

We had forgotten about quaint aspects of caravanning such as space limitations. Loved as child and enjoyed stay but older now so used to bit more luxury and space. But good static caravan.

Excellent seaside location in a welcoming, comfortable static caravan.

Excellent location at Seton Sands Holiday Park. In a quiet cul-de-sac, seating area outside and caravan equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

Not that clean as advertised.

Caravan was located in nice area Close to shops and other attractions. The heating was great.

The carpet wasn’t clean. We needed to hover ourselves at the day of our arrival. It was full of hair😞. We suggest a profesional carpet and sofa cleaning. Also a couple of coat hangers would be nice to have over door especially at rainy days. All the other things was okay.
