About this house rental
This charming house in the Landes region is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The tranquility and beauty of the surrounding countryside make it the perfect place to relax and recharge!
We’ve been renovating it continuously for the past 5 years, and we can say that today it offers every comfort: everything is brand new! It’s also just been equipped with a pool and air conditioning...
Our teens love going there, and we have a wonderful time as a family.
We wholeheartedly hope you’ll enjoy it!

Description:
The house is fully air-conditioned! And the pool has recently been added, offering a magnificent view!
On the first floor:
It features a 35 m² living room with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, TV, and a fireplace, and an adjoining dining room with a wooden table and chairs, this spacious room is flooded with light thanks to a glass door and a window on one side and double French doors on the other.
The 22 m² kitchen is fully equipped:
Large refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, range hood, food processor, and freezer. A lovely painted wooden table in the center, surrounded by numerous baskets!
Separated by a hallway, the bedrooms are very comfortable:
On the first floor, the first bedroom is nearly 20 m² and features a 160 double bed and a closet with shelves and a hanging rod.
The second room has two single beds and a small bathroom with a sink and a shower. It also has a closet with shelves and a hanging rod.
There is also a large bathroom with two sinks and a large shower, as well as a washer and dryer.
A painted wooden staircase leads to the other two bedrooms, each approximately 12 m², with two single beds and a dresser.
A lean-to shelters the plancha and the freezer.
Outside, on a vast property with no immediate neighbors and a breathtaking view of the village of Cazaubon, a large deciduous tree provides shade for lunch and relaxation. No need for a beach umbrella! And as of this year, a large 10x4 pool adds to the comfort of this home.
A large table and benches, along with plenty of lounge chairs, make for wonderful get-togethers with family or friends!

Wat een locatie! Het huis heeft heerlijk uitzicht en is in de regionale stijl gebouwd.
Wij waren met gezin van 4, slaapkamers en bedden genoeg. Wifi werkte goed, tot buiten aan toe dus de tieners ook blij.
Tv is alleen Franstalig maar dat hebben wij niet gemist.
Lekker met een wijntje, open haard aan en kaarten is ideale vakantie.
De buurvrouw van de woning (paar minuten verder op) doet de ontvangst en spreekt wel wat Engels, de eigenaresse spreek goed Engels.
Wij hebben genoten!
