Discover the Landes and Armagnac by enjoying our family home located in a peaceful village 12 km from Mont de Marsan. This large Landes-style house from the 70s, although rustic and imbued with its time, offers a pleasant and spacious living environment, Our house is distinguished by its warm and authentic atmosphere, far from the standardized standards of seasonal rentals. You will find the charm of a family home where everyone can find their space, enjoy moments of tranquility and conviviality.

4 bedrooms and a capacity for 10 people with 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds upstairs
3 bathrooms with a bathroom with bath and shower, 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, one of which is associated with a bedroom
2 toilets, 1 of which is independent
Living spaces with an equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room, and a large living room to relax.
NB: sheets and towels are not provided / dish towels and tablecloths are provided
Large garden with trees: Perfect for naps, outdoor games and moments of relaxation (available for trampoline, racket games, etc...)
