House dedicated to quiet family holidays, for great rest.
We do not accept groups of young people to organise parties or any kind of event.
We appreciate receiving a short note about you (composition of the group) and the reason for your stay when you make your reservation.
Animal policy: Only one per stay, rather small dogs.
Refinement, harmony and serenity for this beautiful residence built by an officer of Napoleon returning from the Russian campaign, in the middle of an airial, surrounded by its wine storehouse, and its farm buildings (bread oven and 19th century henhouse). The restoration is impeccable. Very comfortable, it has beautiful volumes and a total opening on nature. The Directoire decor has been perfectly preserved.
The house is entirely on one level and has two natural terraces, in front and behind the house in the shade of two large magnolias. Quality equipment, new bedding, antique furniture, everything contributes to the charm and comfort of this residence, reserved primarily for nature lovers.
Ideal for family holidays with small children, this house is located in a very preserved environment, in the middle of deer and pigeons. The solitude is total, no neighbours. A stone's throw from the motorway that links Pau and Bordeaux. Beautiful above ground swimming pool entirely secured.

Ma femme et mes 2 enfants de 10 ans avons été charmés par cette maison au style ancien. Le calme et la nature sont au rendez-vous. Nous profitions des nuits reposantes et de bons moments dans l'immense jardin face à la forêt. Au hasard des ballades autour de la maison nous croisions des chevreuils, des lapins, des belettes.
Nous souhaitons souligner l'accueil et la discrétion de Maeva qui nous a accompagné à Lacquy.
Le Bas Armagnac nous manque déjà. C'est une adresse que nous aimerions retrouvé dans le futur !!!

Au coeur des Landes, à10minutes de Villeneuve de Marsan et à 20 minutes de Mont de Marsan; une superbe maison de Famille, agréable et fonctionnelle. Un lieu de tranquillité et de repos, avec la visite quasi quotidienne de chevreuils .

Tout est exactement conforme à la description, c'est un lieu calme, paisible, serein, beau et respirant de douces énergies positives!
L'accueil est chaleureux, le soin porté aux locataires tant par la propriétaire que par la personne acueillante est parfait.
En résumé, une maison splendide dans un cadre charmant pour des vacances superbes!

Notre séjour au gîte "laperche" s'est bien déroulé ; jolie maison bien entretenue isolée au milieu des bois et des champs qui convient parfaitement pour des vacances reposantes en famille
La piscine hors sol nécessite une surveillance pour les enfants
