The property used a key code for doors, we struggled at first as i didn't realise we had not got all the check in information attached to the welcome email. Door key codes difficult to use however would book again.

In a beautiful and quiet location. It was a good place to relax before continuing our trip. The views were outstanding.

Very clean and suffciently equipped

Personal touch is completely missing. contact via whatsapp seems auto-generated and apartment was, although clean, not really prepared for guests in summer. Refrigerator turned off, no cooling, warm sheets on the bed. Ambiance also missing or unfit (winter info instead of summer) Insufficient parking…

comfortable but lacking attention to detail!

nice location, very clean

for the price I would have expected the following: all beds made (incl. pullout), shampoo/soap, basic supplies in kitchen (salt, sugar, oil/vinegar, a few tea bags and a little coffee), refrigerator turned on and cooled down before arrival, a general notice about quiet hours (neighbors kept us up). At a a bare minimum, you should give guests a list of what to bring (i.e. for kitchen) if you do not supply anything. Worst of all, the tiny bit of salt you had was in what was clearly a sugar container, so when we did cook breakfast, we had to throw it out because it was so salty!!

Prachtige locatie in Berwang met alle rust en ruimte die je van Oostenrijk en de bergen verwacht

Schoon en zeer compleet appartement met een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Uitstekend gelegen en goed te bereiken en parkeren voor de deur.

Geen tegenvaller maar een broodjes service had het het compleet gemaakt omdat er geen bakker in het dorp aanwezig is.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen für diverse Ausflüge rund um Berwang und Reute. Gute Grundausstattung.

Leider war es nicht super sauber als wir ankamen. Auf den Balkons werden dringend Sonnenschirme benötigt.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Tolles Apartment! Wir waren zu zweit für zwei Nächte im Alpenrose und hätten gut eine Woche oder länger bleiben können. Es ist zwar nicht riesig, hat aber alles was man braucht und die Räume sind super genutzt. Es hat sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist top, die Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte problemlos. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Das gilt auch für die anderen gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Räume und Treppenhaus. Da könnte sich so manch Anbieter eine Scheibe abschneiden! Preis Leistung absolut oke. Ich hätte mir noch gewünscht, dass es eine Angabe zur Art der Kaffeemaschine hätte. Es ist nämlich eine Filter- Kaffeemaschine. Also nehmt Filterpapier und gemahlenen Kaffee mit, dass ihr nicht wie wir nochmals einkaufen gehen müsst :-)

Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, das ist aber ein Detail: Der Boden wurde vor unserer Abreise nicht wirklich geputzt/gesaugt. Da wir aber so oder so Finken tragen, war uns das mehr oder weniger egal. Ahja: Ich schliesse mich noch den kommentierenden bezüglich Parkplatzsituation an: markiert doch den Boden. Bei hoher Belegung ist es wirklich ein chaotisches parken.
