The renovated 250 year old farmhouse is located in Kleinstockach, a small mountain village at 1,150 m above sea level, in Tyrol, Austria.
The house can accommodate 9-11 people and has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape of the Tiroler Zugspitz-Arena. The farmhouse is ideal for 2-3 families or groups.
In the spring, summer and autumn months, the farmhouse is a perfect starting point for numerous hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours and in winter ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours or snowshoe hikes. The nearest ski lift is only 2 km (Bergbahnen Berwang) and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers more than 110 km of cross-country trails for cross-country skiers.

The house is located in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, at an altitude of 1100m to 3000m. A fabulous skiing and hiking paradise in the immediate vicinity of Berwang, Lermoos and Ehrwald.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at K7. The atmosphere of the old house with all woodpanneling and carefully selected furniture feels warm and cozy. Combined with high spec kitchen and bathrooms this makes for a super stay. We didn't miss anything. The surroundings are incredible with beautifull views from every window. Easy acces to Berwang pistes, not too big but with enough variation for all our wishes (loipes, snowboarding, winterwanderwege, sleighing).

We enjoyed our stay in your facility very much. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The layout of bedrooms is a bit awkward but it worked out for us. The beds were very hard, and there is no cushioned furniture to sit in the evening or during a rainy day which would be nice to have. The ping pong table was a huge hit with some of the family. The location and views from this home are beautiful. Maybe I missed it when booking, but I was not aware of needing to bring our own towels until within a week before arriving at this destination. Thankfully we were somewhere we could pick up towels and wash clothes for our family of 6 before we arrived. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your accommodations as part of our European Holiday!

Our extended family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse while exploring the Zugspitz Arena. The house was clean and well-kept and was more spacious and charming than we could have imagined. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any home we’ve ever stayed in. The host, Cleo, was very accommodating and responsive to messages. I would highly recommend a stay in this home if you are looking for a unique experience in the region.

Loved the charm of this cool old house in the Alps. Plenty of room, clean and secluded. Cleo was great to deal with and so was Jasmin. My only small complaint was the internet service. the only real coverage was in the dining room or near the front door. Made it very difficult to d my work while there. Otherwise completely as advertised!

Maso rinnovato con cura e nel rispetto del suo carattere originale. La frazione nella quale si trova e' poco turistica e noi abbiamo apprezzato molto una certa autenticità. La cucina e' molto ben attrezzata, le camere e il soggiorno sono ampi e piacevoli. Nelle giornate di pioggia abbiamo apprezzato molto questi ambienti non solo comodi e spaziosi ma anche molto accoglienti. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e non vediamo l ora di tornare!

Très belle maison de campagne avec toutes les commodités. Même à neuf personnes, nous étions très confortables. Le village est isolé, parfait pour admirer la nature et les paysages fabuleux avoisinants. Le petit restaurant voisin est un régal et il y a de nombreuses activités intéressantes à faire dans les environs. Je le recommande fortement.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming village; and the house was perfect for our two families - 4 adults and 4 children, ages 5-10. Everything was very clean and comfortable. One of the bathrooms is down in the basement, but it was not a problem as two toilets are on the main floor. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the dining room had ample space for shared meals. We especially loved the location - the views are gorgeous and the restaurant a short walk down the hill was so good we ate there twice during our 5-day stay (have the apple strudel!) We would have gone again if they were open on our last day! An unexpected treat was seeing the interior of the tiny church - it is so beautiful. We also enjoyed the little lake and play area in Bichlbach (3km away) for the kids. We hope to go back someday.

We stayed in this delightful old farmhouse for 7 days and found it to be very nice. The views out every window were spectacular and the farmhouse was very clean with comfortable beds, a huge bathroom with shower and tub along with another shower in the basement area. Two additional toilets also. There is a wonderful restaurant just feet away from this farmhouse. I highly recommend it. ~Ruthann~

We had an unforgettable stay at the gorgeously restored farm house. Our hostess was very accommodating, the house was very spacious, the kitchen stocked with all the pots and dishes we needed, wonderful hospitality around the corner at the Roter Stein for our first supper, scenic walks, but above all, we enjoyed the historic, cozy beauty of the house and its fairy tale location, with unforgettable views of the mountains, and Kleinstockach’s little church. Thank you, Frau Weber, for offering such a beautiful retreat!

Only stayed two nights. The location and ambiance of this old house is wonderful, accommodations are very clean and great for larger group. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, but what a great place to spend a rainy day. Cleo was wonderful to work with and very accommodating as we had to make a last minute change to dates. Delightfully renovated, large historic farmhouse in traditional rustic style. Adorable Stube, large, well-equipped kitchen, many bedrooms, modern bath and laundry. Located in a quiet, picturesque village situated a few kilometers aside from the busier tourist towns. There is a traditional restaurant in the village that has wifi. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation home with gorgeous scenery, fresh mountain air, good hiking/skiing access, and wish to step into bit of romantic alpine past, this is perfect. Very clean, and reasonably priced for everything you get. Would gladly go back or recommend to others. The owners were very helpful over email and kindly allowed us to extend our stay. There is a German and English speaking person in the village who meets you at check-in and can answer questions.

Als Gruppe von acht Frauen haben wir uns im Bauernhaus sehr wohl gefühlt... die Räume sind eine perfekte Mischung von urig alt und modern (z. B. die Küche!)... es ist viel Platz im Haus... alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt... eine freundliche Ansprechpartnerin im Nachbarhaus... leider konnten wir wegen dem Regen die Terrasse nicht nutzen... ein Grund zum Wiederkommen...:-)

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in Kleinstockach im Winterurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll, mit schönen kleinen Details, modernen und antiken, hergerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt zu Anfang wohlgefühlt und waren begeistert! Es gibt einen großen Kachelofen der eine angenehme Wärme verbreitet. Die Tischtennisplatte war eine tolle Abwechslung für die Kinder. Nebenan gibt es eine wunderbare Gastwirtschaft in der wir immer lecker ( mit Tischreservierung!) speisen konnten. Im Haus gab es durch die Raumaufteilung genügend Platz für beide Familien, so, dass jeder auch seinen eigenen Bereich und eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hatte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert und vergessene Gegenstände wurden uns direkt ohne Anfrage nachgesandt. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit eines Aufenthalts in einem wunderschönen, urigen Haus.

We had a very nice time. Kleinstockach is small village in a beautiful valley near the skiarea Berwang. You can drive up to the house to unload your luggage and can park a little further down the road. The house is beautiful farm, spacious and very cosy due to old details. The beds are ok to good. We loved the stove in the center of the house. The kitchen is well equiped. I would like to mention that you have to wash the dishes by hand, but that did not bother us. The bathroom is little bit dated, but offers a good shower and there is a bath. There was a room for playing tabletennis. Be careful when leaving the house, the road can get very icy. Some sand or sold would be helpful. You can eat very well nearby in Roter Stein Gasthof.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und behutsam modernisiert, wodurch es seinen alten Charme behalten hat und dennoch gut und zeitgemäß nutzbar ist. Als Liebhaber alter Häuser sind wir begeistert. Die Lage ist ruhig und fast romantisch, aber keinesfalls abgelegen. Alles was man braucht ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Betreuer war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.
