Nynke's AlpenNest – Your Flexible Vacation Home in the Pitztal
Welcome to Nynke's AlpenNest, my lovingly designed vacation home in the Pitztal valley in Tyrol. Families and groups of friends of up to 10 people will find their vacation home here—with plenty of space, a flexible room layout, and a cozy atmosphere.
The house offers five individually furnished rooms, four of which have a balcony and panoramic views. All rooms can be booked with a double bed or two single beds; I’m happy to provide a crib upon request. Each room also has its own sink for a bit of privacy.
The centerpiece is the large kitchen-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, an American-style refrigerator, a large oven, and a 5-burner stove. The dining table seats 10 people, and the sitting area with a wood-burning stove is perfect for warming up and sharing stories.
On the first floor, there is a shower area with three stalls and two sinks. Two restrooms are located in the basement (in a separate room next to the kitchen-dining area), and another is on the upper floor. For longer stays, a washer with a dryer function is available upon request.
The large garden behind the house offers space to relax, play, and gather—whether in the sunshine or under a blanket of snow.
Arzl im Pitztal is quiet, sunny, and perfectly located for exploring the Tyrolean mountains.
In winter, the Hochzeiger ski area, the Pitztal Glacier with guaranteed snow, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails beckon. If you’d like to try something new, you can test your limits with ice climbing.
In summer, hikes start right in the village, and mountain bike and trail running routes lead high up into the mountains. Families love the ZirbenPark, the XP Adventure Park, and the proximity to Area 47 —Austria’s largest outdoor playground.

Each room has its own sink. The centerpiece is the large kitchen-dining area with an American-style refrigerator, a 5-burner stove, a large oven, and a dining table for 10; next to it is a cozy sitting area with a wood-burning stove. On the first floor: shower area with three stalls and two sinks. Restrooms: two in the basement near the kitchen-dining area, one on the upper floor near the bedrooms. Laundry room available upon request. The highlight is the large garden—ideal for your group to gather and wind down at the end of the day.
On-site costs: • Payment: Bank transfer before arrival; no card payments accepted on-site. • Children & teens: No discounts; no groups consisting solely of children or teens; at least two adults per booking. • Pets: Upon request, €10 per dog/night, max. 5 dogs. • Parking: 1 parking space directly in front of the house, 1 additional space next to the house (unpaved, only for vehicles with higher ground clearance). • Other: Non-smoking property; quiet hours in the garden begin at 1:00 a.m.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
