Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt in der Einkaufspassage und unweit vom Hafen. Was aus diesem alten Haus entstanden ist, ist ein Träumchen. Mit so viel Liebe rekonstruiert und eingerichtet... wir waren begeistert. Sehr gut war auch die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Leider ist der Aufgang zum Hof bis zur Ferienwohnung nicht sauber. Es liegen viele Zigarettenkippen rum, sowie Kisten mit leeren Flaschen... alles von dem Restaurant, welches in einem Teil des rekonstruierten Hauses untergebracht ist.

Das liebevoll restaurierte denkmalgeschützte Haus ist bezaubernd: völlig ruhig und trotzdem direkt an der Fußgängerzone.
Eigentlich nichts. Allerdings sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung auf Grund der Lage keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und das Be- und Entladen etwas herausfordernder ist als normal. Zu bestimmten Zeiten darf man aber in Fußgängerzone zum Be- und Entladen hineinfahren. Zentrumsnahes Parken ist praktisch überall kostenpflichtig in Flensburg und oft auch zeitlich limitiert.

außergewöhnlich, gemütlich, Kleine Terasse und das mitten im Zentrum
Ein Sesselbein stand so ab, dass wir uns nicht getraut haben, sich raufzusetzen. Ein kleiner Wohnzimmertisch hatte ein gebrochenes Bein. Wir haben die nicht von uns verursachten Schäden gemeldet und hoffen, dass wir unsere Kaution zurück bekommen
