Appartment is situated very close to central streets of the city as well to the city’s public transport so easily to get to the train /bus stations. It is really an advantage.
Appartment must have a very good cleaning service especially the kitchen plinths. Cuisine utensils, cups, plates, pots are very old, should be replaced for the new ones when the owner rents the apartment for people. Bed sheets, plaids, sleeping blanket are of horrible condition/state- the feeling was disgusting. Bed’s mattress is on springs that create plenty of noise when you move. Shower practically does not function, very poor water resistance, also needs to be replaced.
