Air conditioning in the bedrooms—two double bedrooms with two separate bathrooms—dressing rooms, a kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, and a double living room with double access to the furnished terrace, allowing you to enjoy Palermo’s sunsets right in the city center in total relaxation. The living room features two sofas—one of which is a sofa bed—a wall unit, and an extendable table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment is very quiet and offers panoramic views. A parking space is included; it is covered and accessed via an automatic gate leading to the building. The penthouse is in a strategic location; you can reach the most important cultural sites on foot in 5 minutes, such as the Teatro Massimo, the cathedral, the Royal Palace, Via Ruggero Settimo, 4 Canti, Porta Nuova, Porta Felice, Piazza Bellini, and Via Maqueda. There is a bus stop right in front of the building’s entrance, on the same sidewalk. The apartment is equipped with all amenities:
air conditioning, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, 40-inch TV, kitchen, refrigerator, convection oven, dishwasher, bath towels, liquid shower gel, shampoo, and is fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms, including sheets and bedspreads.
The beds are comfortable and feature latex mattresses. The double living room has a double sofa bed in case you wish to accommodate additional guests.
