The staff,especially nathi was brilliant.he was very hospitable
The heater in the Aircon did not work.we informed the staff but this could only be fixed once we checked out. Due to the heater not working the room was extremely cold and there was no provision of blankets.maybe the provision of blankets must be considered.nayhi provided us with a bar heater which helped alot. Also the bathroom towels had stains even though we were given fresh towels. The shower door in the bathroom bangs shut which may have created a disturbance for other guests in the property but this was out of our control.
