The staff, the room, consideration given for my parking, breakfast, cleanliness, hospitality, amenities and privacy

Minor uneven level when entering the room which needs one to be aware to mind the stepping

The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Breakfast was too simple and there were mosquito (need a mosquito doom)

The accommodation I was given included a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and full size kitchen. Every day the apartment got deep cleaning and bed linen change. Little commodities like rusks, sugar and good breakfast made the whole difference. Owner of the property Tau was very personal and made sure that I was well set and my inquiries and requests were efficiently settled. Property has s good size clean pool and safe with burglar bars and cctv cameras. And most important there were two AC units which made my stay super comfortable.

The property is located near a park which is used by many homeless people and therefore walking is not an option. But Durban has well developed Uber business and car was available within minutes.

Breakfast was not good.
