I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation exceeded my expectations it was very clean, comfortable, and even better in person than the photos on the website. A special thank you to Buli, who was exceptional throughout my stay. She was warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful location with lovely views over the valley. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was very tasty and Thobile went out of her way to both cater for my dietary requirements and to ensure our breakfast was prepared early so we could make a morning meeting.

Staff was lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, even though it wasnt the room we had booked and paid for.
We weren't happy that we were in the room we had booked into. We were put in the Winston suite which was nothing like the pictures or descriptions of the room we did pay for. So we were disappointed at that. But otherwise that, stay was enjoyable.

It was very clean and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant and attentive
Tv channels were many but to get what one would like to watch, one would have to use one’s own Netflix account and connect to the internet. Not advertised.
The taps in the bath were the wrong way around so only discovered this the next day.
Worse, I was without water and the standby tanks were t working. Another room was offered but I decided to cut my stay short. I was told to organise a refund with BOOKING.com. Nothing happened. Still waiting for my refund.
