Beautiful location
Lorraine was absolutely exceptional during our stay. She was attentive, warm and genuinely friendly from the moment she arrived. She personally made sure we were comfortable and ensured our room was properly cleaned and prepared. Her professionalism and approachable nature truly stood out. Lorraine sets the standard for excellent customer service other staff members in the hospitality industry could learn a lot from her dedication and how she treats paying guests with care and respect! She made our experience so so much better.
