It has a fenced garden, a beautiful 15m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, Internet access via WiFi, electric heating, television, iron, and a parking space nearby. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle, and a citrus press.

We spent a wonderful two weeks in the house. It has a nice patio and garden in a quite surrounding and is only 8 min walking distance to the beach. The house was newly renovated and nicely furnished.
