The vacation rental—Casa Panoramic—spans two levels and is located in the historic old town of Posada.
The terrace offers a view of the sea all the way to La Caletta and Monte Albo. The bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower are located on the upper floor. The kitchen-living room features a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping accommodations for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and an electric oven. A TV and Wi-Fi are included. The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
Usage is billed separately.

The house is a smoke-free property, and unfortunately, pets are not permitted by the owner.
The nearest town to the south is San Giovanni, and to the north is Taunanella/Budoni. It’s about 38 km to the Olbia airport and ferry terminal, about 15 km to San Teodoro, and just a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beaches.
In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun, and in the evening, you can wind down the day with a glass of wine. And you’ll always have this breathtaking view.
Thanks to its hillside location, the house maintains relatively pleasant temperatures.

Es verlief alles unkompliziert. Der Nachbar , was auch der Eigentümer ist, war sehr zuvorkommend und half uns bei allem was wir wissen wollten .
