New house tourist town center POSADA (SARDINIA) very quiet 5 minutes by the beach, 35 minutes OLBIA Airport. Private parking.
All shops, restaurants, bars nearby, historic center (Castello della FAVA).
Numerous beaches with paid parking, bars, music, showers, Sky surfing, Wind surfing, yoga, tree climbing, etc...
Charming house with fenced garden fruit trees, olive trees, lemon trees, clementine trees, bougainvillea, aromatic plants, flowers, and garden terraces with dining area garden table/armchairs, plancha parasol, and outdoor shower, another terrace coffee table and armchairs. The house is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING/REVERSIBLE (heating,) and mosquito nets at all windows.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle, juicer, blender, chopper, electric mixer, blender, toaster, complete crockery, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, scale, iron and ironing board, sewing kit, many games.
Lounge area, sofa (2-seater convertible), coffee table, storage furniture, television, stereo.
1 baby travel cot with set, pillows, sheets and duvet (baby cutlery).
1 Master bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, storage cupboard 2 glass doors with safe, private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, plenty of storage space, heating, towel dryer, garbage can, scale.

We are two couples who stayed at the house for a week in early November 2025. This is a beautiful and clean house, well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and common areas. The house is easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants and the beach is a short car ride away. It was very handy to have a washing machine available. Some things that would be very useful to include: an extra set of personal towels, beach towels and adequate toilet paper supplies. We had 3 rolls of TP for 4 people for 7 days and ended up buying more. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. The terrace and garden are very nice as well within the shades during most of the day, a really relaxing place! Last but not least, the host was very sweet and helpful and on top of very clear check in info she provided us with a list of excursions to make the most of our stay and recommendations for restaurants and shops. All in all we’re very happy with our stay and we’ll probably come back!
