The house is located in the historic center of Posada, a medieval village perched on limestone cliffs and listed among the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, just 50 meters from Piazza Belvedere. The beautiful Su Tiriarzu beach is only 1.5 km away, reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes or by car in 2 minutes. Within 30 meters, you’ll find a market and a gelato shop. Pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, post office, medical center, and other bars are 300-400 meters away. The 13th-century Castello della Fava dominates the landscape, while the UNESCO-protected Tepilora Regional Nature Park offers trails for hiking, excursions, and birdwatching, including flamingos at the San Giovanni lagoon.
