Super lokalita! Blízko všetkého! Nádherná pláž 5 minút peši! V apartmáne nám chýbalo pár drobností, čo som hneď napísala domácemu a Luca to do pár hodín zabezpečil.

Das Apartment im ersten Stock (2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küchenecke, ein großzügiges Wohn- Esszimmer) und der Balkon zur Strasse hin mit Blick auf die Berge ist sehr groß, es gibt genug Schränke. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus viele vorhanden. Alles war funktionsfähig und die Dusche liefert schnell warmes Wasser. Dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, fanden wir super. Auch dass es nebst den Betten in einem Schlafzimmer ein neuwertiges Babybett steht, fanden wir toll (obwohl wir kein Baby haben). Es wird also mitgedacht. Einige negative Punkte meiner Vorredner scheinen behoben zu sein: zum Beispiel der Kühlschrank und der Ofen waren neu. Wer natürlich 4 Sterne sucht, muss auch 4 Sterne für eine so große Wohnung bezahlen. Lage ist super: man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum und am Strand (5-8 min) und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Bus Haltestelle ist auch ganz nah.
Ansonsten sind Luca und V. sehr hilfsbereit und z.B. auch großzügig gewesen, was den Checkout (in der Nebensaison) angeht. Sie sind fürsorglich and interessiert an unserem Wohlbefinden gewesen. Auf Nachfrage geben sie gerne Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Sollte jemand medizinische Hilfe benötigen, hat Luca gute und schnelle Kontakte an der Hand, da seine Familie im Ort und der Umgebung schon seit Generationen leben.
Gewünscht hätte ich mir ggf. einen Sonnenschutz (zum Beispiel einen einklemmbaren "Balkon Rollladen", so einen zum Einklemmen zwischen Boden und Decke, ganz easy), den man mit einer Kurbel hoch und runter lassen kann. Dieser bietet vor allem links vom Balkon bei Bedarf etwas Sichtschutz zur Straße und vor Sonne.

appartamento ampio con belle camere sala e cucinotto bagno con un bellissimo terrazzo dove giocavamo a carte .praticamente in centro alla caletta, comodo hai servizi e alle spiagge sia della caletta e in poco tempo ad altre . il signor luca disponibile lo consiglio
qualche gancio sia in bagno che nelle camere per gli accappatoi e vestiti .

The place is very nice, clean and very ideal for a family. The flat is accessible to the beach, to the center. Grocery store is just few steps from the flat. The owner is very accommodating and very attentive to our questions and very helpful. Restaurants, pharmacy and Bus station going to Olbia Airport is just meters away from the place. The flat is highly recommended especially for family.
