Located in Posada, Sardinia, Sergio House Seaview is a 55 sqm vacation home ideal for up to 4 guests. It features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine. The home is in the historic center of Posada, a medieval village perched on limestone cliffs and listed among Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages, just 50 meters from Piazza Belvedere. The beautiful Su Tiriarzu beach is only 1.5 km away, reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes or by car in 2 minutes. Within 30 meters, you'll find a market and a gelato shop. Pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, post office, medical service, and other bars are 300-400 meters away. The 13th-century Castello della Fava dominates the landscape, while the UNESCO-protected Tepilora Regional Natural Park offers trails for hiking, excursions, and birdwatching, including flamingos at the San Giovanni pond.
