Very good location. The price was good. The host was very service minded. The flat was small but very convenient and everything we needed was there.

Studio was as described, furnishings and other items were nice, modern. Everything was reasonable for a price level. Promenade and beach is like 3-5 minutes away, you literally don't have to change before or after sunbathing. Studio is above LIDL store which was super convenient too. Host were very nice and let us in before check-in hours.
Overall nice stay for a smaller budget travellers.
P.S. While washing-machine would be perfect, there was quite few self-service washing "shops" in a neighbourhood.
As for bigger guy shower was a little small.

The location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and promenade des anglais. There was Lidl downstairs so that was nice as well. Owner was nice and polite and agreed to last minute changes in the check-in time so we were really happy with that! check-in and check-out was easy and the person who gave us the keys was there on time and polite as well. There were some cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner + hangers for laundry so we could clean during our stay. Many boulangeries nearby and places to do your laundry.
The sofa bed is really bad and uncomfortable, it's not flat, it's somehow bent and very difficult for two people - or even one to sleep on. The pillows were bad and flat too.
The bedsheets had cleaning product/candle wax (?) looking hard stains on them. We forgot to mention this to the owner so it might've been fixed for us.
The street is very noisy in the night mostly because of cars and garbage trucks. The apartment gets incredibly hot and moist during the day and by night it's very hot inside, so if you want to sleep with your window open we recommend earplugs.
Bathroom door handle seems very fragile and we were afraid the whole time to break it so we didn't close the bathroom door.
