FRANCE TERRASSE is a pretty studio with terrace in a beautiful building Nice. It is ideally located just 30 seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
In a colorful and Provençal style you will be seduced by its brightness, its South / West exposure and its exterior.
Its large terrace of 20m2 including plants will allow you to enjoy good breakfasts in the sun.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator, it benefits from a free WIFI connection by fiber optic as well as air conditioning.
Located close to the sea you will find a few meters from the apartment all the local shops such as a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, a florist, a cheese maker ...
You will also be a few minutes walk from Nice's Carré d'Or such as rue de France and the pedestrian area where you will find many restaurants and shops. You then join Place Masséna, the famous Avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Great service, always helpful. Next time we will book again through Nestor&Jeeves. The apartment is ideal for two, clean and very close to the sea. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

We loved the location! The terrace was amazing! The ease of picking up and dropping off our keys! And the service! One night we accidentally locked our selves out on the terrace! Within 20 minutes we had someone there letting us back in! Will definitely be b@ck!

La localisation de l'appartement.
Son côté fonctionnel.
L'aide apportée par la conciergerie.
La literie (mais il était clair qu'il s'agissait d'un canapé lit)
